These are some excerpts of letters sent to Professor Kanarev. I am posting these with the hope that many who have found the work difficult to read will be motivated by what others have said to reconsider and dive in to comprehension at a deeper level.

Abstract: The Universe has several maxima of radiation. The largest maximum, which is called the relic one, is formed by the process of the hydrogen atom fusion in the starts of the Universe. The smallest ones being called the infrared radiation sources are formed by the processes of the hydrogen molecule fusion in the vicinity of the stars and their liquefaction in the Universe.

The process of origination and cooling of the hydrogen atoms in the stars of the Universe and their vicinity is a relic radiation source. It takes place constantly and is not connected with the
so-called “Big Bang”. It is not difficult to foretell that a grant of the second Nobel Prize for an erroneous interpretation of relic radiation will hinder an elaboration of the correct notions concerning the Universe origination by a hundred of years minimum.

Фотон – локализованное (ограниченное) в пространстве электромагнитное образование, которое переносит в пространстве энергию и информацию. Он остаётся пока самым загадочным творением Природы. До сих пор не удалось раскрыть его электромагнитную структуру путем анализа необозримой экспериментальной информации о поведении фотона с помощью существующих физических теорий. Главная причина такого состояния заключается в том, что в реальной действительности фотон ведет себя в рамках Аксиомы Единства пространства - материи - времени, а физики пытаются анализировать его поведение с помощью теорий, которые работают за рамками этой аксиомы.
Физики изучают окружающий нас мир. Все научно-технические достижения человечества – результат, прежде всего, их труда. Эти достижения настолько фантастичны, что, как считается, исключают какую – либо необходимость писать новое введение в теоретическую физику. И, тем не менее, мы сейчас покажем, что такая необходимость существует и активно требует своей реализации. Она явно следует из ошибочности представлений о микромире, сформированных ошибочными теориями ХХ века. Сейчас они являются главным тормозом научно-технического прогресса.
"Так у меня появились веские основания считать, что размер электрона имеет порядок 10-12 m. Конечно, сразу же последовала лавина ответов на вопросы, которые оставались безответными. Главный из них: почему эффект Комптона надёжно регистрируется только при использовании рентгеновских фотонов? Вы догадались. Радиус рентгеновского фотона почти равен радиусу электрона."

"Compelling reasons have appeared that make me think the size of the electron is on the order of 10-12 m. Certainly, the avalanche of questions which still remain unanswered continues. Most importantly: Why is the Compton effect only reliably registered during the use of x-ray photons? You guessed it - The radius of an x-ray photon is almost equal to the radius of an electron."

It has been disclosed that transmutation of the atomic nuclei of alkaline metals and the atomic nuclei of the cathode material takes place during plasma electrolysis of water.
INTRODUCTION
Cold nuclear fusion is the first hypothesis of a source of additional energy in heavy water electrolysis. Fleischmann and Pons, the American electrochemists, are the authors of this hypothesis. They reported about it in 1989. Since that time a large number of experiments has been carried out in order to obtain additional energy from water. We continue to discuss this problem.
