These are some excerpts of letters sent to Professor Kanarev. I am posting these with the hope that many who have found the work difficult to read will be motivated by what others have said to reconsider and dive in to comprehension at a deeper level.

This paper discusses how world science is approaching a state of a breakthrough in understanding the unity of the micro-world, and why there is every reason to predict a movement of scientific thought in this direction. The key lies in a new axiom of space-matter-time unity. In the Nature, there exists no situation when matter is outside space or no time flight in space, which is filled with matter. These three main elements of the creation exist together. It is impossible to separate them.

Abstract: The Universe has several maxima of radiation. The largest maximum, which is called the relic one, is formed by the process of the hydrogen atom fusion in the starts of the Universe. The smallest ones being called the infrared radiation sources are formed by the processes of the hydrogen molecule fusion in the vicinity of the stars and their liquefaction in the Universe.

The process of origination and cooling of the hydrogen atoms in the stars of the Universe and their vicinity is a relic radiation source. It takes place constantly and is not connected with the
so-called “Big Bang”. It is not difficult to foretell that a grant of the second Nobel Prize for an erroneous interpretation of relic radiation will hinder an elaboration of the correct notions concerning the Universe origination by a hundred of years minimum.

Electrostatics, magnetostatics and electrodynamics appeared long ago; they are considered to be the most investigated area of expertise connected with electric and magnetic fields. But new theoretical and experimental information concerning electromagnetic structure of the electron points out the erroneousness of the notions being formed.

Most importantly: Why is the Compton effect only reliably registered during the use of x-ray photons? You guessed it - The radius of an x-ray photon is almost equal to the radius of an electron."

It has been disclosed that transmutation of the atomic nuclei of alkaline metals and the atomic nuclei of the cathode material takes place during plasma electrolysis of water.

INTRODUCTION

Cold nuclear fusion is the first hypothesis of a source of additional energy in heavy water electrolysis. Fleischmann and Pons, the American electrochemists, are the authors of this hypothesis. They reported about it in 1989. Since that time a large number of experiments has been carried out in order to obtain additional energy from water. We continue to discuss this problem. It has been shown that the product of masses of photons, electrons, protons and neutrons by their wavelength is a constant value, which is called by us the elementary particle localization constant.

INTRODUCTION

It is known that all elementary particles exhibit the properties of particles in some experiments; in other experiments, they exhibit the properties of waves. The wave properties of particles are manifested in the phenomena of diffraction and interference. We have carried out an analysis of Fresnel's experiments, which prove the wave properties of photons. It has shown that the diffraction patterns are formed as a result of interaction of the spins of photons when the paths of their motions are crossed. It results in false notions concerning photons as waves.
